Consultation Fees

At Radiance Skin & Aesthetic Lounge, we are committed to providing comprehensive and quality care to each of our patients with our Terms & Conditions. Our team consists of highly skilled professionals who specialise in various fields to ensure that you receive the best possible treatment and care. We offer competitive pricing for our treatments and procedures, reflecting the quality and dedication we put into each service.

To maintain our professional and ethical standards, we charge a fee for an initial in site consultation appointment. A fee is also applicable for a second opinion. Please contact nhashjin@hotmail.com for details regarding these fees.

Phone consultations are provided free of charge. Our team is dedicated to offering you all the necessary information and medical advice to help you make informed decisions about your treatment or procedure.

Cancellation Fees and Late Arrivals

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations can be made by phone or email at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid any confusion and help us maintain our level of service to all our patients.

We reserve the right to take a deposit for a booking from individuals who fail to attend their appointment or cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled date, on two or more occasions.

While we do our best to accommodate late arrivals, please be aware that it may result in reduced consultation time or the need to reschedule your appointment. To ensure seamless appointment arrangements, we have implemented a policy regarding no-show appointments and late arrivals.

Failure to cancel your appointment within 48 hours or arriving more than 15 minutes late on more than one occasion will result in full payment being taken at the time of booking your next appointment.
